Ottawa has a very underdeveloped massage parlour scene compared with Toronto.
Angels spa moved down the street on Bentley and is now much futher from Club CMJ.
There has never been a very large big upscale spa opened in the region.
Club CMJ tried to open a place downtown but there were too many headaches to make it happen.
